The Shelcomm Telephone Call Router & Subscriber Registrar System
Shelcomm is now offering for sale a fully operational low cost VoIP Platform, available for the first time to Wireless resellers and CLEC's. With optional PSTN Cards, G729 codec, Fax-To-Email, Pre-Paid VoIP, Stun Server, Calling-Card modules and more. This Telephone Call Routing and Subscriber Registrar System will allow your company to offer full-featured telephone services including Voice Mail, Call Waiting, Full Call Forwarding, Three-Way Calling, inbound and outbound routes and other PBX functions. This fully independent VoIP Telephone Service Platform includes a Subscriber Registrar that is capable of supporting from 500 to over 5000 accounts, all controlled with a multi agent web interface for easy account management and setup. An optional web based shopping cart with auto provisioning system is available for our top of the line system.
Our top-of-the-line flagship model is a fully redundant carrier class true 64 bit multi processing high-speed machine including independent hot swappable dual power supplies, raid hard drives, and is a 4-U rack mountable monster. It has 4 PSTN T1's using using PRI signaling with codec support for handling up to 92 simultaneous Ulaw or G729 to TDM calls. For our larger CLEC clients, we have a mated optional second rack component that has up to 4 more PSTN T1's again with PRI signaling giving you a whopping 184 simultaneous TDM calls. Not only do these machines handel calls to and from the Public Switched Telephone Network, It can handle up to 1190 simultaneous Sip to Sip calls as long as you have the bandwidth to do it. ***

Smaller Desktop System
We recommend redundancy for all clients but understand everyone has a budget. So we created a lower cost standard desktop machine that has some of the functionality of the flagship model but has no redundancy and smaller drives.

Virtual Carrier System
If you don't want the hardware investment, we can have you up and running in as little as one day with our Virtual Carrier Plan. This plan has no equipment for you to purchase. You completely rent all wholesale services from us. We sell you everything you need to begin except for billing and subscriber phones for only $4.00 per number per month with a minimum of 150 numbers plus you pay for Origination and Termination minutes. Everything is easily managed by web interface. We bill you for minutes weekly. At the end of each week we also send you a Client Call Detail Record (CDR).
Regardless of the system you choose, as long as standard backups are maintained, you should have years of dependable service from Shelltel servers and switches. Maintenance contracts are available for around the clock protection.
Customer billing is also available for as little as an additional $2.00 a month plus postage per subscriber.
